All engines, transmissions, differentials, body parts, wheels, and automotive components sold by Japan Direct Japanese are used imported products unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and fitment before purchasing. Fitment information provided on the website is for reference only and may vary depending on vehicle production date, trim level, drivetrain, or regional specifications.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all products.

Some products may require transferring external accessories, sensors, wiring, modules, or components from the original unit.

Mileage shown is approximate unless otherwise specified.

SECTION 4 - WARRANTY

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product purchased.

Mechanical components such as engines and transmissions may include a limited startup warranty unless otherwise stated.

No warranty is provided on cosmetic parts including:

• Normal wear items

Warranty does not cover labor costs, installation costs, towing, rental vehicles, fluids, tune-ups, misuse, improper installation, racing, abuse, overheating, electrical issues, neglect, or lack of maintenance.

Any warranty claim must be approved by us before repairs or replacements are performed.

Opening, disassembling, or modifying a product voids warranty coverage.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by Japan Direct Japanese.

Returns may be subject to restocking fees, shipping charges, inspection approval, and original condition requirements.

Returned items must not be altered, damaged, or disassembled.

Orders canceled after payment may be subject to processing or cancellation fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any visible freight damage must be noted with the carrier before signing.

Failure to report shipping damage immediately may void freight claims.
